Shipping policy

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden, within 24 hours of placement, Monday through Friday. Orders made over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped the following weekday. Deliveries are made to a nearby collection point for your convenience. For some destinations, we also offer home delivery.

Shipping Costs and Details

Shipping within Europe costs between €8 and €13. The exact price will be converted to your local currency and presented prior to payment.

Shipping is free for orders above €89. For other currencies see next section.

  • Czechia: 199 CZK for orders below 1899 CZK
  • Denmark: 79 DKK for orders below 599 DKK
  • Italy, Belgium: €11
  • Germany, Finland, Portugal, Spain, Andorra, Austria, France, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €10
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Monaco: €13
  • Norway: 140 NOK for orders below 899 NOK
  • Poland: 39 PLN for orders below 369 PLN
  • Switzerland: 10 CHF for orders below 79 CHF
  • UK: £9 for orders below £69

How do I track my order?

You can easily track your order via the tracking link that you will find in your confirmation email that your order has been processed. If you can't find your email in your inbox, double-check that it hasn't ended up in your spam folder. All deliveries are made by UPS.

How many days will it take my order to reach me?

Orders within Europe take 3-5 working days. During holidays and big sales, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Woodstock Laundry will not accept responsibility for any delays in the customs process outside of the EU.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries in Europe including the UK and Switzerland.

What about customs and VAT?

Within the EU, the EU's customs union applies and therefore no duty is charged. In connection with imports to countries outside the EU, customs duties and other expenses may arise, which you as the customer are responsible for paying.

The price you see in the store includes the correct VAT regardless of the country you are importing to and therefore no additional VAT is added except for the UK and Switzerland, see below for details.

Norway

For Norwegian customers the VAT is included in the price and no additional cost will be added. Furthermore, no customs duty will apply on your order.

United Kingdom

For orders up to £135 we will charge you VAT and handle the administration. No customs duty will apply on your order.

For orders above £135 we will NOT charge VAT, instead you will be charged VAT once you receive your package. The UK will add an additional 20% customs duty once you receive the parcel. If possible we suggest you try to keep your orders below £135, which will be cheaper for you even if you have to pay additional transportation costs.

Switzerland

No VAT is charged as this is handled upon entry to the country.

No pick-up

If the package is not picked up, we will charge you 30 Euro, or the equivalent, excluding VAT.
