Shipping policy
Your order is shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are typically dispatched the following working day.
VAT & Duties
All prices shown include 20% Austrian VAT. No additional taxes or fees will be charged upon delivery.
Shipping Options & Costs
- Shipping Cost: €8.95 (Free shipping on orders over €89.00).
- Estimated Delivery Time: Approx. 3–5 business days.
- Delivery Choice: You can choose between Home Delivery or delivery to an Access Point at checkout.
- Carriers: Shipping is handled via UPS or DHL.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder; if you still cannot find it, please contact us for assistance at support@woodstocklaundry.eu.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected from an access point, a fee of €30.00 (excl. VAT) will be charged. This amount covers the original shipping, return shipping, and administrative costs, and will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the package will be returned to us. All shipping and return costs, plus an administration fee of €10.00, will be deducted from your refund. Packages are not automatically resent.
