Refund policy

How do I make a return?

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that the item must be received back by us within 30 days of you receiving it. Please ensure that your return is sent back promptly after your request is made. Items on sale have a 14-day return policy.

To start a return, contact us at return@woodstocklaundry.eu with your order number and any information needed. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you paid shipping costs in connection with your original order, they will not be refunded when your return is registered and refunded. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return causes the total value of your kept items to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. However, if you return your entire order within 14 days under the EU right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a full refund including any standard shipping cost originally paid. In such cases, the return fee still applies.

Depending on where you reside the cost of return will differ:

  • BE, LU, and NL: 12€ 
  • Countries within the EU (excluding SE, BE, DE, LU, and NL): 15€
  • UK: 19£
  • Norway and Switzerland: 19€
  • Australia and New Zealand: 39 USD
  • All other countries: 39 USD

If a return is not accepted, the product will be held for a period of two weeks for customer retrieval or sent back. If it is not claimed within this timeframe, we reserve the right to dispose of or resell the product at our discretion.

How do I return a damaged item?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defect, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the issue. If you wish to make a complaint regarding a manufacturing defect on an ordered item, you must contact our customer service as soon as possible after you discover the defect.

Complaining about a product within two months is considered to be within a reasonable time frame to discover a manufacturing defect.

You must be able to show that the item was purchased at woodstocklaundry.eu and, in such a case, please contact our customer service at return@woodstocklaundry.eu with the receipt/order confirmation and a picture of the issue.

Shipping costs in case of complaints are always paid by Woodstock Laundry.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and boxer briefs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Do you allow exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time, 2 - 5 business days, for your bank or credit card company to process and deliver the refund too.
