Shipping policy
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden, within 24 hours of placement, Monday through Friday. Orders made over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped the following weekday. Deliveries are made to a nearby collection point for your convenience. For some destinations, we also offer home delivery.
Shipping for U.S. Customers:
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $79.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $10 applies to orders below $79.
How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order via the tracking link that you will find in your confirmation email that your order has been processed. If you can't find your email in your inbox, double-check that it hasn't ended up in your spam folder. All deliveries are made by UPS.
How many days will it take my order to reach me?
- Standard delivery to the U.S. typically takes 5-8 working days. Please note that during holidays and major sales events, delivery times may be extended slightly.
What about customs and sales tax?
- Sales Tax Included: All prices include sales tax, so there are no additional charges at checkout.
- Customs Fees: No customs fees are charged for orders under $800. Orders exceeding this amount may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

No pick-up
- If a package is not picked up by the customer, a fee of $50 will be charged. This fee covers the costs associated with the non-pickup of the delivery.
