Shipping policy

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden, within 24 hours of placement, Monday through Friday. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping to the United States

  • Shipping Cost: Flat rate of 12.5 USD per order.
  • Shipping Provider: FedEx International Shipping.
  • Delivery Time: Normally 3–5 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking link. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

  • No U.S. Sales Tax: Orders shipped from Sweden are not subject to U.S. sales tax.
  • Import Duties & Customs Fees: Import duties and customs fees are assessed by U.S. Customs and collected by FedEx on delivery when applicable. These charges typically range from 2–16% depending on the products in your order.

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, cannot be delivered, or is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address, a minimum fee of 50 USD will be deducted from your refund. If the associated return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees exceed 50 USD, the actual costs incurred will be deducted instead.
