  3. Don't I have to wash underwear at 60°C?
    Advancements in laundry detergents and washers, along with a growing emphasis on environmental sustainability, have led to recommendations that lower temperatures, such as 30 degrees Celsius, are also effective for regular laundry.
  4. What is the return policy?
    Every purchase comes with a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If not completely satisfied, you can either refund or exchange within 30 days. We also facilitate the return process by providing you with a return-slip.

  5. How long does shipping take?
    Standard delivery within Europe takes 3-5 working days. Every order is dispatched with UPS, ensuring that you receive a tracking number for your shipment. Products are sent out from our Stockholm warehouse.

  6. Is there a cost for shipping?
    Yes, within Europe we charge between 8 and 13 EURO depending on the destination. However, orders above 79€ or 69£ are free of charge.

    We offer sizes ranging from XS to XL.
